1. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows We respect your time and kindly ask that you respect ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee or may require a deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure our next guest is not delayed.

2. Services & Consultations All treatments, including specialized K-skincare, lymphatic sculpting, and dermaplaning, are performed following a professional consultation. Results may vary depending on individual skin types and conditions.

3. Privacy & Safety Your personal information and skin history are kept strictly confidential. We maintain a safe, tranquil, and professional sanctuary for all our clients.
